My name is Travis Lampke, and I am snuggly (i.e. Big). My snuggliness is one of my favorite things about me (The snuggle part, not the fat part). I have often been likened to a large teddy bear (like...really often), and while this used to bother me, I've gotten used to it. (Comes with the territory) Cuz you know what? (What?) Teddy Bears are fucking adorable. (They are) Oh yeah, I'm 21, into Theatre, Blink 182, and Neil Patrick Harris. (Sex) Also, I'm in love. (A lot) Also, dolphins are adorable.
I've lived in Bloomington, Indiana my entire life. I'm about to start training to become a licensed Massage Therapist. Don't worry, if you're my friend, you still get free massages.

“When I hear “I’ll Make a Man Out Of You” during Mulan, I can’t help think about the irony that Li Shang’s voice actor is gay.”

Except Shang’s singing voice was not Miguel Ferrer, but Donny Osmond, who is a Mormon and as such is against marriage equality.

But I thought he was going to save us all from the Big Government menace?

In Paul’s defense, he is running for President and has been campaigning like crazy in Iowa and New Hampshire in order to secure those primaries. He probably understood the bill was going to pass anyways and instead chose to focus his energies on his campaign, where he could arguably have a much greater impact.

You don’t run a campaign on the concept of absolute liberty and then fail to vote against the gravest attack on our civil liberties since the McCarthy era. Is Paul too busy to protect liberty? What a principled guy….

What in the fuck.

When You’re running for President, you have obligations.  If a vote gets called while you are out of the state, with commitments to appear at events in the state that holds the first primary in only 16 days, there’s not much you can do.  Not being able to get to Washington due to campaign commitments is not the same as voting for a bill.

HI HEY HOW ARE YOU! I don't know but I had the strong urge to talk to someone and you were the first blog that appeared in my mind. So..how long can you hold your breath for?

Well hi there!  I can hold my breath for about 1:54 seconds.  That’s above water.  Underwater, it’s much less. :P  How about yourself?

She later wrote about the incident:
“Something funny happened on my way to a transportation meeting in Northgate. As I got off the bus at 3rd and Pine I heard helicopters above. Knowing that the problems of New York would certainly precipitate action by Occupy Seattle, I thought I better check it out. Especially since only yesterday the City Government made a grandiose gesture to protect free speech. Well free speech does have its limits as I found out as the cops shoved their bicycles into the crowd and simultaneously pepper sprayed the so captured protesters. If it had not been for my Hero (Iraq Vet Caleb) I would have been down on the ground and trampled. This is what democracy looks like. It certainly left an impression on the people who rode the No. 1 bus home with me. In the women’s movement there were signs which said: “Screw us and we multiply.’”
